Joseph Lapinsky

Mr. Lapinsky has over 30 years of senior management experience serving as Chairman, CEO and CRO for industries covering Metals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Transportation.  He has extensive experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy, and Corporate restructuring.  Mr. Lapinsky has served on over a dozen Public and Private Boards.  Mr. Lapinsky has advised various manufacturing companies on operating improvements and led 3 companies through a successful bankruptcy exit.  Mr. Lapinsky holds undergraduate degrees in Engineering and Business Administration, a Masters in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and an MBA from Youngstown State University.
