Norwich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a full-service outsourcing provider of prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals with specific expertise in non-sterile, solid dose, semi-solid and liquid products. NPI was founded in 1887 and boasts a rich heritage as a pharmaceutical company, most recently as a contract manufacturing organization. The current 375,000 square-foot production facility was built in 1976 on 400 acres in rural Norwich, New York, located approximately 200 miles northwest of New York City. NPI has 400 employees with approximately half of its workforce represented by the International Chemical Workers Union Council of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.
